Job Description

The Managing director plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office within the hospitality and accommodation industry. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage a wide range of administrative tasks while supporting the CEO in strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO's office, allowing the executive to focus on high-level decision-making and leadership.Responsibilities: * Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments to optimize time management.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports for the executive office.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Facilitate communication within the executive team and across departments.
  • Organize and coordinate special projects and events as directed by the CEO.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing correspondence and responding to inquiries.
Preferred Candidate: * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proven track record of supporting senior executives.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
