Manage the Promoters/Promotional Venues Executives (PVE)
Planning the man power of stands and PVE`s monthly schedule after discussion with Directors
Ensure team performance leads target and quality is as per the agreed standard/target & provide continuous training
Ensure that the team is up to date and well briefed with every sales activity such as projects launch, promotions, events, etc
Communicate the schedule in advance with HOS in order for sales to be well prepared and plan other activities accordingly
Manage stand operations in line with policies and ensure that all related docs such like Consumer Rights, DED & RERA Permits are issued before the opening of any stand.
Ensure that any change related to stand operation is clearly communicated to all HOS/PVE such as mall timing, reallocation of stands and coordinate all logistics such as cleaners, petty cash, stand modifications etc.. In addition to stand assets
Weekly meeting with Director to assess previous week month/ performance, challenges, observations and way forward to enhance delivery
Develop, implement, modify and create new ideas to gain more business
Ability to handle multiple verticals to ensure coordination and smooth operations between the various departments.
Qualification:
Graduate degree
Diploma
Experience in Promotion Stands and Leads management
