Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete project lifecycle for high end luxury fashion retail fit-outs from concept to handover Collaborate with architects, designers, and brand representatives to interpret design intent Coordinate with specialised contractors while ensuring impeccable craftsmanship Oversee procurement of premium materials, fixtures, and bespoke elements with support of internal procurement team Maintain strict budget control while achieving uncompromising quality standards Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards Coordinate with mall management and landlords for high-profile locations Deliver projects on schedule with meticulous attention to detail

Requirements

Proven experience managing high-end fashion retail construction projects (5+ years) Strong understanding of luxury retail environments and visual merchandising Experience with premium materials and specialized construction techniques Excellent project management and scheduling capabilities Superior communication skills for liaising with stakeholders across multiple disciplines Ability to interpret technical drawings and design specifications Knowledge of building codes and health and safety regulations Fashion industry experience preferred
