Job SummaryThe Manager Procurement has an integral role of managing complete Sourcing for Indirect material, Services and Capex related procurement. The person in charge is the owner of the materials portfolio & is fully accountable for driving all the deliverables (strategic sourcing, Cost & Cash savings, contract management etc.) under the full scope of Source to Contract cycle. This needs to be achieved by keeping the overall business strategy in alignment with the concerned stakeholders.The Procurement Manager is expected to drive the implementation of category sourcing strategies across the business to optimize the way procurement activity is conducted. Drive standardization of sourcing process to achieve procurement target and minimize the efforts required to conclude procurement cycle.Roles & Responsibilities
Negotiation of techno-commercial terms with suppliers for various categories. Conversant with sourcing of multiple indirect procurement categories with specialization in
Marketing & Media spend.
Digital and social media spend.
Administration services
Develop & deliver sourcing strategies across the group companies.
Conduct Spend analysis of entire group\'s indirect spend on regular basis and drive cost saving projects.
Drive procurement efficiencies including improvement of existing practices and develop SOP and plans to achieve results in ever changing business priorities.
Preparation and adherence to annual plans to achieve improvement in spend coverage, process improvement.
Supplier base optimization
Alignment of procurement processes and practices with multiple stakeholders
Supplier relationship management with strategic suppliers
This role may also involve leading team of buyers (Direct & dotted line), provide guidance and motivate them to develop into better procurement professionals.

Work experience requirement8-10 years of experience in Procurement including more than 5 years\' experience in indirect procurement across multiple industry segments. Should have handled more than $50 million spend annually. Experience of marketing-related procurement in GCC will be preferred.QualificationGraduate plus MBA from an institute of repute.
