Independently manage the delivery of projects and/or work streams, related to Organizational Design, HR Transformation, Strategic workforce planning, Talent Management and Behavioral Change Management
Lead delivery teams in large scale consulting projects as per commitments to client, technical quality of deliverables, meeting time project timelines and managing client expectations
Synthesize, analyze and evaluate information and data to generate insights and propose plans to tackle client specific challenges
Conduct gap analyses to identify areas of improvement including a detailed evaluation of operational efficiency, including processes, systems, policies, and standards
Developing implementation plans to help clients realize their strategies, including the measurement of strategic progress
Develop leadership tools (e.g. dashboards, presentations, etc.) to assist with measuring progress and highlighting key insights
Conduct external benchmarking and internal focus groups discussion
Lead project management related activities, including but not limited to: planning project/workstream rollout, reporting project progress against key milestones, assessing for continuous improvement opportunities, adjusting the work plan to make course corrections and to address challenges and risks as they arise
Guide the delivery team through structured research assignments based on project needs
Actively develop the team through coaching and development of team members in building technical and behavioral skills
Drive business development through proposal writing, presentations, research etc.
Engage in practice and solution development through contributions to methodologies, intellectual capital, thought leadership etc.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English AND Arabic
Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management (or other similar degree). Professional HR accreditation and workforce planning experience is a plus
6 - 8 years of relevant management consulting experience, which includes 5+ years of HR consulting experience as a external consultant position in a large organization.

Capabilities in workshop facilitation for various audiences and of differing position levels
Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in strong, collaborative team environments
Willingness to travel for extended periods of time within the GCC region based on project requirements
