Job SummaryAs a program manager for SAP projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of SAP solutions across our organization. You will lead a team of project managers and consultants, and collaborate with various stakeholders, vendors and partners to ensure the successful implementation of SAP projects. You will also monitor the quality, scope, budget and timeline of the projects, and manage any risks, issues and changes that may arise.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProgram Governance
Stakeholder Management: Conduct Steering / Governance review of Program
Define the Project Management Governance gramework. Develop and maintain comprhensive project plans, timelines, issue and risk logs etc. Own the update of the same.
Communication of expected standard to all necessary teams (internal as well as partners)
Organization Change Management
Lead planning, scheduling and delivery with project managers and partner program manager
Budget Spends Management
Track spends in projects
Raise and jointly resolve areas of concerns with respect to spends
Resourcing
Manage team of project resources
Manage spends against budget for project resources
Operational Handling
Raising PR requests
Handling invoice payment escalation
Interface with Procurement team for negotiation and closure
Managing PMO team
Guiding PMO team
Ensuring regular activities are completed (like weekly Change Governance email, PO updates, running Induction calls for new joinees)
Oversight on Projects being run by PM
KPIs
% adherence to defined SLAs/TATs for resolution of issues

Work experience requirementMinimum 8+ years of related experience in a large organization, preferably in a similar industryQualification
Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology
MBA or post graduate degree in technology/systems is desirable
