The candidate should have excellent project management skills and the ability to navigate complex bidding processes for the operations based in ABU DHABIBusiness Development:Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the energy, water utilities, and power sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including renewable and non-renewable energy players in the UAE market.Leverage market insights to develop strategic partnerships and expand the companyxe2x80x99s footprint.Project Lifecycle Management:Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, from initial onboarding to final handoverEnsure seamless coordination between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Bidding and Tendering:Develop and submit Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) in alignment with client requirements.Conduct detailed analysis of tender documents and manage bid strategies for projects exceeding $100 million.Market Engagement:Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies in energy and utilities.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.RequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to possess the below criteria:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterxe2x80x99s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 3xe2x80x935 years of experience in business development within the energy, water utilities, or power sectors.

• Proven experience in managing projects valued at $100 million or more, particularly in renewable & non-renewable energy projects.

• Strong knowledge of RFQ, RFI preparation, and tendering processes.

• Extensive network and understanding of the UAE market, including renewable and non-renewable energy players.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
