Key Accountabilities:
• During the planning stage (Y-3) , (Y-2) , (Y-1) Product Development team (PD ) shall work actively with Commercial Planning, Technology Planning, C&E Business Units and CPMO to build and maintain the 3 years Business roadmap of Products and Enablers including the proposition of innovative ideas of offers to support achieving du's strategic objectives.
• Work closely with Solution Design team from PE to develop the optimum solution to support the creation/modification of new/existing products and customers experiences and then align Business and Technology stakeholders to strike an optimal balance between the key strategic objectives: Scope, Quality, TTM and Cost.
• During the development, Testing and launch of new products and customer experiences, ensuring that the agreed scope is taken to the market and for controlling scope change if required.
• Ensure Customer Excellence impact is addressed properly in each requirement
• Identify internal customer needs and propose new functionalities and processes
• Serve as link between business areas to ensure alignment in the objectives
• Manage requirements planning providing updated status and committed dates on each stage of the process
• Facilitate and coordinate requirements development.
• Provide updated information on the status of the requirements
• Monitor and assess implementation of the processes
• Plan in advance the workload of the team
Qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations or Telecom Engineering.
Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience, preferably in Product development of managed services within the Telecommunication sector with at least 3 years in similar role.
• Experience in business processes and supporting systems for customer operations, sales, finance, human resources
Skills
• Understanding of portfolio management.
• Ability to define implementation of business processes with the support of IT systems
• Understanding of business impact of implementation decisions in the systems
• Understanding of du processes
• Strong coordination between team members
• Able to manage requirement definition for a significant number of projects in a structured way
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensible information tactfully
• Ability to analyze complex business needs and convert them into business requirements.
