Identifying inefficiencies, analyzing potential value and addressing them in line with the industry best practices and latest technology achievements. Analyzing business processes and optimizing them hand in hand with all internal stakeholders.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESTransformation
Analyse the requirements of the organization governance and the strategic planning and cascading the corporate strategy in different initiative and transformation projects.
Support operationalization of the companys strategy by preparing most impactful strategic initiatives, with the business owners and supporting functions.
Coordinate various long and short term actions aimed at improving communication within ADD
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications relevant to change initiatives.
Participate in developing a strategy for managing cultural change including identifying the change agent network and providing a framework for sustaining change after implementation.
Processes optimization
Cooperate with Business Excellence Department to define best processes to ensure quality.
Participate with the Senior Manager transformation to establish operational excellence processes, prioritization, and governance in ADNOC Distribution including tools to monitor implementation progress.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. Masters Degree or an MBA is preferable.
10 years of relevant project, program and PMO management
5 Years in managing major transformation projects in relation with People and Processes
Experience in building and managing large and multidisciplinary teams
Experience in Downstream, Fuel Retail, Retail or B2B Sales businesses
