About the job

ICCA - International Centre for Culinary Arts (Dubai) is seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail- oriented Manager - Systems and Operations to manage the various operational aspects of our educational programs.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of instructional design, e-learning technologies, and learning management systems, as well as excellent communication and project management skills to manage and implement process-oriented learning management systems in an Educational Institution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and management of systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring smooth integration and functionality across departments.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across all system implementations and operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for systems and processes to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance system efficiency.
• Manage LMS and software projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivering them on time and within scope.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution; conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance overall system use and experience.
• Gather user feedback to refine system functionality and improve user experience.
• Work closely with vendors to implement LMS projects, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, SOPs, and software implementations.
• Analyze data using Excel to generate reports, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree in Project Management, Operations, or Business Analytics is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in system management, software, ERP systems, preferably in LMS projects within the education sector.
• Proven experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) project implementation is an advantage.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing SOPs, process improvements, and ensuring compliance.
• Proficient in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
