Sustainability / Compliance / Business Assurance

Implement the key sustainability trackers to improve overall sustainability score card for Landmark Group Supply Chain.
To play major role in developing supplier key KPIs on sustainability areas and drive improvements.
Work with central sustainability team to develop the group sustainability framework and work with concepts to implement the same
Develop supply chain sustainability framework on products and drive the same across the brands.
Develop end to end mapping of product plastic packaging, evaluate the standards and suggest policies to adhere to most sustainable model across businesses.
Develop test cases, checklists, test data preparation, etc to support regular data checks
Coordinates quality objectives with third party sourcing partners to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
Complete compliance audits and submit CAPs
Audit new or proposed suppliers and ensure profiles are in line with Company requirements
Regularly visit suppliers manufacturing units to build relationships
Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability
Set up and control Roving QC system in Countries of manufacturing to ensure that our suppliers are maintaining our requirements
