About the JobManage the execution of sustainability strategy and support delivery of sustainability programs and initiatives to enhance sustainability management and performance. Lead the unification and standardization of sustainability management, practices and policies across the company.Key Accountabilities

• Lead and manage energy optimization through introduction and adoption of best available techniques to ensure continuous improvement in energy performance at the company\xe2\x80\x99s new and existing operational assets
• Manage the implementation of sustainability strategy to ensure company\xe2\x80\x99s competitive sustainability position and regularly review impact of sustainability and community engagement efforts.
• Support Finance team\xe2\x80\x99s engagement with financial institutions, rating agencies and investor roadshows.
• Manage internal sustainability programs and activities to ensure effectiveness and transparency of delivery of company\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability commitments and future-proofing of investment portfolio.
• Manage internal systems and procedures relevant to sustainability and community engagement.
• Manage the relationship with current sustainability partners and identify other external partners/vendors needed to execute on our sustainability strategy.

• Lead and Manage the implementation and maintenance of the Energy Management Systems, including ISO 50001 certifications to ensure their compliance with applicable National and International requirements.
• Align and set company\xe2\x80\x99s energy objectives & targets with ADNOC Corporate energy management system and ADNOC Code of Practices (CoP).
• To act as a Technical Authority to provide guideline, advice and support to sites & other divisions on aspects of Energy optimization and management.
• Develop, maintain and update ADNOC GAS Energy Policy.
• Manage and maintain a corporate register of opportunities (ROOP) to prioritize ideas and opportunities for energy efficiency improvement

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience across various functions in Oil and Gas with at least 3 years in position of increasing managerial responsibility
• Experience managing the implementation of company Energy Management System including ISO 50001:2018
• Experience in managing Energy Performance Benchmarking studies or was part of Energy gap analysis program for a gas processing plant
