Job Req Number: 80230 Time Type: Full Time As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the accounting function, financial analysis activities, including forecasting, and productivity reporting and other general financial administrative needs for the team. You will regularly report on variances to budgets and key drivers of freight cost, research discrepancies in billing, pay outs and business account/s statements to determine root causes and drive to resolution. This position will also be accountable for clear, timely communication to the solutions business on the status of DSVs financial health in Kuwait. Responsibilities: Ensure Financial Control, oversee all receivables and payables by reviewing and signing off on payment vouchers before they are submitted to the country finance head. Provide support to all operational departments on accounting-related matters. Implement, and manage financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and financial targets. Review all contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying critical issues requiring consideration. Manage the fixed assets module and oversee the monthly depreciation of assets within the Solutions business. Expense Allocation and Accruals, ensure proper allocation of monthly expenses and maintain accruals reports. Adjust reports by the end of each month to prevent fluctuations in financial statements. Identify and implement effective solutions for receivables collection issues, monitor the progress of the collection process. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks, develop strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital management. Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their professional development. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance team. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and making references for action. Ensure invoices are flowing correctly thru audit, adhere to payment terms and are being paid on-time.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, or related discipline At least 8 years of experience Accounting & Finance Analysis & Reporting
