Strategy Development and Implementation
Support and contribute to the development of ADNOC's overall vision and strategy and contribute to the overall process of corporate management and decision in order to ensure that ADNOC maximizes its short, medium and long term profitability and returns to its shareholders. Study all key economic and financial figures and support the development of a synthesized view on the major local and international economic developments to assist the immediate management in keeping abreast of and understanding the impact of economic developments on the business of ADNOC. Assist in ensuring that ADNOC's strategy is translated into annual operational business plans across all ADNOC Group of Companies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
