Reporting to the Vice President Strategy & Business Development, you will oversee a team of junior analysts and associates, leading efforts in strategy formulation, performance management, project oversight, and advisory functions. Your role will require a strong blend of analytical expertise, deep-sectorial knowledge, capacity to take initiatives, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with companys long-term vision and goals. Responsibilities:
Support senior management in identifying Space42s growth opportunities and develop annual strategic plans and drive corporate strategy execution.
Develop and refine long-range strategic plans aligned with key business drivers, communicating objectives across departments.
Conduct rigorous data gathering, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, to inform key strategic decisions.
Lead the development of business cases and analysis by providing actionable insights and alternative solutions that support senior management decision-making.
Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment of team objectives with strategic goals and defining measurable targets.
Ensure clear and impactful communication of all strategic initiatives and project updates both within Space42 and with external stakeholders.

Analyze and recommend strategic initiatives through a multi-dimensional approach, considering strategic, financial, and operational factors.
Foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing. Communicate strategic updates, objectives, and project outcomes clearly and impactfully.
Identify and address risks associated with strategy execution, ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met and business objectives are safeguarded.
Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, support, and motivation to deliver high-quality analyses and recommendations. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in strategic roles, significant within the Satellite, Earth Observation, Geospatial, data-driven analytic or/and Intelligence sectors
Candidate will ideally have had significant exposure to earth observation , geospatial and AI-based analytics, either in-house or as a consultant
Experience in a strategic role at a top-tier consulting firm, investment management firm, cutting-edge start-up or in a corporate strategy function.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar.
Proven expertise in AI, machine learning, cloud-computing and data-driven analytics.
Exceptional analytical, communication skills and project management skills with a track record of driving successful initiatives.
Proficient in using business intelligence tools and software, with a strong understanding of data analytics.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
Familiarity with tools for data analysis and visualization is a plus.
