Shape and develop the CSR framework and manage implementation of Space42s CSR strategic goals, programs and initiatives to drive positive impact in social, environmental and economic development. Foster the culture of CSR and corporate volunteering across Space42 and support its commitment to contribute positively towards achieving national and global social and environmental goals. Build close working relations with various teams including Business leads, Investor Relations, Product Development, Risk Management & ESG, Human Capital, Internal Communications and Events to drive CSR programs forward. Build Stakeholder Engagement and CSR metrics and performance framework for governance, social and environmental impact, maintaining records and reports related to performance. Reporting to the Vice President of Communications. Responsibilities:Stakeholder Relations
Actively engaging stakeholders to support the company's profile and Investor Relations programme, bolstering its reputation, brand image and investor sentiment. Appealing to institutional and retail investors, socially conscious customers, and talent, offering a competitive edge in the market.
Developing strategies for maintaining a positive perception of the companys prospects among stakeholders and investment community, ensuring all stakeholder engagement programs are conducted in accordance with the corporate strategy, utilising existing and new communication channels (from Quarterly Earnings and Annual Report development, Website, Social Media, Email, to Podcasts) and the CRM platform. Working closely with respective departments including Investor Relations, Regulatory, Commercial, product development and more.
Build relations with NGOs, Social impact regulatory and policy makers, educational institutions, advocacy groups in the AI and Space industries, humanizing the business as a good corporate citizen.
Work closely with the relevant Ministerial departments to promote Space42, corporate social responsibility and support the UAE country goals, regional and global efforts to support communities, digital inclusion, corporate sustainability in Space and AI.
Identify and prioritize stakeholders including investors and develop open and transparent communications, creating programs and strategies to drive investor sentiment and adoption of our products and solutions to support social, environmental and economic development.
Nurture collaborations and co-create social and environmental programs with stakeholders in line with strategic objectives, to achieve positive outcomes and measurable impact.
Building capacity among internal and external stakeholders to support social and economic development.
Through comprehensive engagement and collaboration, ensure CSR initiatives are impactful, sustainable, and widely supported, ultimately leading to a positive and lasting contribution to society.
Set measures and KPIs to evaluate stakeholder engagement and relations including annual stakeholder surveys.
CSR Strategy
Develop and manage the implementation of the CSR Strategy, framework, goals, programs and projects, in line with the Space42 Sustainability Framework and G42 groupwide efforts, based on international best practices and local regulatory requirements.
Identify, develop and implement CSR activities with tangible outcomes and impact, coordinating with relevant Government/ consultant/NGO partners, providing recommendations for partnerships, and developing relevant proposals for management approval.
Shape and organize CSR events external or internal.
Management and updating of Sustainability webpages on CSR programs.
CSR Data
Accountable for the data collection templates, data collection and maintaining data records to be used for assessing Stakeholder Relations and CSR reporting, identifying data gaps and impact- based measurements.
Develop case studies for various CSR success stories demonstrating measurable impact.
Support in creating Stakeholder Relations and CSR related reports and communications required for internal or external use.
Manage relationships with relevant department teams.
Building a database of CSR partners and engagement tracking.
AI and Space for Good
Develop social responsibility agenda on AI for Good and Space for Good, as part of the CSR strategic framework demonstrating business activities which make a positive impact to communities, society and economic development in the countries we operate, and raise awareness among stakeholders including investment community.
Build stakeholder relations with social impact and environmental organizations/ institutes / supporting digital inclusion and identify opportunities where Space42 products and services can be utilized for good.
Work closely with product development teams to identify the positive impact products and services are making at the grassroots level.
Organize events and community engagement programmes.
Manage the Stakeholder Relations and CSR function administrative activities as needed.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Broad understanding of qualitative and quantitative analyses methodologies.
Comprehensive understanding of Stakeholder Engagement, Investor Relations and CSR and other emerging sustainability topics.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in relevant field such as Public Relations, Corporate Communications, CSR, Environment / Sustainability Leadership etc.
5-8 years experience in Communications/Stakeholder/Public/Investor Relations and CSR knowledge, with prior experience in investor communications, community and environment engagement programmes, at international level.
Fluency in English (in both spoken and written communication), and Arabic language skills.
