We are currently looking for a UAE National Manager for Services for our real estate client in Dubai.The role involves managing high-quality, responsive services to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee service providers for corporate services, meetings, and events.
Ensure quality service for both internal and external customers.
Manage staff rosters and attendance for efficient service delivery.
Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements.
Provide coaching to staff for better customer service.
Optimize service processes and ensure operational excellence.
Collaborate with departments to meet service needs and enhance satisfaction.
Manage project budgets, contracts, and service delivery to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Continuously improve services through feedback and evaluations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\'s in Hospitality/Marketing/Recreation (Master\'s preferred).
Experience: 4-6 years in hospitality, service, or event management.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office, communication, budget management, vendor and event management, problem-solving, and team leadership.
