About the role

Do you have a passion for sales? Do you love exceeding targets and pursuing new and exciting business opportunities? Then our sales division is awaiting your application today! As a Manager, Sales - Luxury Brands, you will manage existing accounts and develop new business for Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal, whilst developing new accounts from luxury brands. You will initiate new partnership agreements with the luxury brands, ensuring the hotel\'s revenue is met or exceeded and optimise commercial opportunities, not limited to events, groups, stays, pop-ups and opportunities with the luxury brands within the hotel, including outlets, spaces, rooms, and suites.

You will also represent Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal at international luxury brand shows and be fully up to date with all related sales data and sales action plans, keeping in mind budget expectations, cost of sale and ROI analysis. Maintaining awareness of current and potential markets and trends will be crucial within this role, whilst also coordinating all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.

About you

The successful Manager, Sales - Luxury Brands candidate will have previous experience working with a 5-star resort/hotel or similar environment, and a minimum of 2-3 years\' experience at Manager level working with luxury brands. Additional European languages will also be hugely advantageous, as well as possessing good spoken and written English. Experience working within a resort, and within Dubai is preferred, but not essential.

You will also possess a flair for sales, holding a passion to increase all sales opportunities whilst applying your strong negotiation skills complemented by your ability to develop and build rapport with prospective clients.
