Optimize and improve the overall operational cost & overall quality of services delivered by the Safety and Security Departments by deploying the right technology, policies and partners
Manage as well as negotiate partners and suppliers contracts to achieve the maximum output at best rates
Ensure availability of latest system backups.
Ensure accurate and continuous reporting of all project status and achievements to management.
Setting & monitoring security standard and ensure implementation of appropriate Safety & Security System, maintenance, management as per the prevailing standards and in accordance with law while ensuring availability, validity, readiness & documentation of S & S equipment.
Initializing and formalizing Policy & Procedures of the Unit & provision of detailed written operational procedures.
Contingency planning, Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery & Risk management effectiveness ensuring mitigation of major security incidents.
Manage and implement the routine S & S practices to ensure, evaluation, & upgrade services & Business continuing planning.
Implement compulsory Health & Safety training for all staff. Customize these training programs based on specific DIB requirements.
Ensure implementation of all Civil Defense, Security, Health & Safety Practices (Pre-hospital care rooms etc.) and Scenarios in all DIB premises and develop and publish relevant educational safety & Security Awareness campaigns (booklets, leaflets, Circulars, and Multaqa).
Ensure safe & effective running of all Safety & Security stations across all DIB locations.
Ensure that eGRC or being maintained and updated when it\'s required.
