This is not simply our job, it\'s our passion.About The RoleAs a Manager for our Imperial Club Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation across the lounge, coordinating and monitoring all guests\' arrival, departure to ensure that our in-house guest experiences are as per resort standards. Your responsibilities include training and developing team members, coordinating employees\' schedules, and ensuring that company standard operating procedures, policies, and procedures are being followed and consistently implemented. Finally, you will help minimize operating costs, boost employee retention, deliver outstanding guest service, and overall customer satisfaction. In this role, you will coordinate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, Director of Resorts, and Director of Restaurants.About YouThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a luxury hotel, with a minimum of 10 years\' experience in Hospitality. To be considered for this role you must also have at least 3 years\' experience working within a lobby lounge environment at a managerial level with an international luxury brand having successfully increased food and beverage revenue for the business. To be successful in this role you will also have acquired knowledge within the Rooms, Front Office Division and crossed over into F&B, and managed diverse teams, implemented frequent training and engagement initiatives. Solid experience with Menu engineering, Food Cost Management and P&L knowledge is a must. The ability to excel working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple business requirements whilst exceeding guest satisfaction will also be a key part of this exciting role.
