Our q-commerce concept, talabat mart (121 Stores), now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!talabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading local delivery platform operating in 70+ countries worldwide What\xe2\x80\x99s On Your Plate?Develop and implement strategies to improve talabat delivery-hero (hero) value proposition for UAE to attract & retain the best compliant heroes on the talabat platformAnalyze hero quality metrics and hero net promoter score to identify areas for improvement and optimize hero acquisition and onboarding experienceDesign learning courses, training programs, and workshops for heroes to successfully deliver world class experiences to vendors and customersCollaborate cross-functionally with Public Affairs, Safety, Legal, and product teams to design and implement campaigns and initiatives aimed at enhancing hero engagement and satisfactionImplement strategies to limit hero churn and improve hero retention, ensuring a sustainable and stable hero baseMonitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edgeApply data analytics and reporting tools to track and measure the effectiveness of hero growth initiatives, providing concrete insights to optimize resultsQualificationsWhat Did We Order?A minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in management consulting, operations management, investment banking, human resource leadership and / or start-upsPossess functional expertise in community engagement, acquisition, or related areas, coupled with a strategic approach to drive impactful initiativesUnwavering grit, resiliently tackling daily challenges, driven to deliver exceptional service to our Customers, Vendors, and Delivery-Heroes amidst ever-changing landscapes.Demonstrated strong execution excellence with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environmentExperience talking to customers, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to establish trust with internal/external partnersExceptional project management skills. You have a proven ability to lead initiatives at your organization across multiple teamsA data-driven approach and the ability to translate data into concrete insights through sound business judgmentExcellent organizational skills and a self-starter approachMasters in Business is a plus
