Job Summary

• Responsible for support the Sales team and the Operation team (Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) in develop high quality and effective products, contributing to establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain a role of scientific expert that is viewed as a source of reliable information by the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for all nutritional technical aspects related to poultry and ruminant animals.
• Represent IFFCO in a professional and knowledgeable manner that provides assurance of IFFCO\'s capabilities to customers.
• Work closely with the Commercial team, Operation team & Laboratory Services in identifying opportunities, establishing goals and strategies, and implementing actions to meet business objectives.
• Provide technical input in the identification of customer opportunities and in resolving customer/product technical problems.
• Main driver for all technical aspects related to the customer product evaluation process, including identifying evaluation criteria, designing protocols, initiating tests with customers, coordinating testing parameters, and reporting findings to customers.
• Provide Technical solutions and assistance to sister companies, customers, Sales and marketing.
• Continuously benchmark competing products for functionality and cost.
• Provide technical & application support to all IFFCO Group.

KPIs

• Added value creation (gross margin).
• Introduction of new nutritional concepts.
• No\'s of Customer Visits along with sale team.
