:1. Manages the effective achievement of section's accountabilities through the achievement of its targets and objectives as per its alignment to the Department's objectives; develop and implement the section's plans in accordance with the department strategy for both Registration & Offshore sections. 2. To act as the Head of Section for leasing or Licensing during its absence. 3. Manage & control the section, providing specialist knowledge, guidance, support, coaching, training and development and encouraging and ensuring teamwork, and aligning work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and objectives (accuracy, timeliness, and compliance). Act as a point of reference within own area specialization. 4. Approve transactions as delegated level of authority. Seek Head of Department approval for higher risk transactions Registration & offshore sections. 5. Prepares and analyze reports to inform the management on the operational results. 6. Responsible for section's resource allocation, including budget and personnel. Propose section's budget to contribute in the development and preparation of the Department's budget. Manage the section's expenses to ensure spending is within the approved budget for both Registration & Offshore sections. 7. Manage the Registration & Offshore sections expenses to ensure spending is within the approved budget. 8. Manages the registration & offshore team performance through setting and achievement of the targets and individual objectives; developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback in order to maximize subordinate and section's performance. 9. Recommend enhancement on system, process and documentations in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of transactions Registration & offshore sections. 10. Liaise with various Government entities to update on the latest systems, regulations, rules or requirements in order to align and to be in compliance with their requirements. 11.
