secure efficient calibers.
Contribute to development of the Company\'s recruitment strategy and ensure recruitment\'s
alignment with various functions\' objectives, targets and initiatives.
Support the implementation of the Manpower plan and associated budgetary activities as well as the
development of recruitment plans.
Liaise with Legal personnel to review hire issues and new employment contracts to ensure that they
conform to Abu Dhabi Government regulations and UAE employment / labour laws.
Communicate with the company\'s stakeholders regularly to obtain a better understanding on their
recruitment needs and whenever possible leverage from internal resources and talent to fill vacant
positions.
Control the screening and identification of external and internal applicants to ensure that the
qualifications required for the respective vacancy match.
Lead the professional / overseas / outsourced recruitment process, ensuring that the selection of
