Mandatory Qualification: Candidate must have a relevant Bachelors degree. Certified Professional Purchaser certification/accreditation is preferred.
Mandatory Minimum Experience: 10 years of proven work experience in the field of Purchases or a similar role in public purchasing environment of reputed organizations / educational institutions.
Candidates must have strong knowledge of local and international markets, good knowledge of purchase ERP systems, excellent negotiation skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, communications skills, attention to details, ability to work independently as well as handle the procurement team independently, very proactive mindset and ability to handle pressure.
