: * Provide support to Projects\' section to achieve departmental objectives & KPIs

• Secure management\'s goals & directions as to be transformed to specific annual objectives & KPIs to be achieved strictly.
• Contribute on future planning for expansions & developments in line with management\'s directions
• Ensure maximum achievements with minimum efforts & resources by managing & appropriately utilizing the available employees, budgets & tools.
• Adopt growth behavior through engineers\' development, motivation & improving skills

• Ensure deliveries of assigned projects strictly in accordance with DP World\'s established processes and procedures in coordination with all concerned Authorities to obtain approvals in terms of initiating and delivering projects on timely manners & within approved budgets and quality standards.
• Oversee, control & lead projects\' progress in all stages with all related documents to ensure a successful delivery in coordination with other business units.
• Participate in budgeting exercise for future projects and ensure providing estimates in conformation with DP World master plan and management directions.
• Prepare performance management contracts and preform associated appraisals in line with current HR policies.

Perform additional assignments and projects as requested by the Business/Management.
