The Manager of Program Strategy & Execution is responsible for developing and executing GPUaaS business unit goals, aligning program performance with overall business strategy, and leading operational assessments and process improvements. They oversee workforce planning, role mapping, and talent acquisition in collaboration with HR, while ensuring optimal team capacity and productivity. This role also involves creating real-time dashboards to track KPIs, project milestones, and execution metrics, providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making. Additionally, they prepare regular business performance reports and conduct trend analysis to inform resource planning and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Goal and KPI Development: Develop and execute GPUaaS business unit goals, track performance against KPIs, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
Program Leadership: Lead program performance reviews, conduct operational assessments, and refine processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Workforce and Talent Management: Oversee workforce planning, role mapping, and skill alignment for GPUaaS operations, and collaborate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and retention of AI Factory/GPUaaS talent.
Employee Engagement and Productivity: Develop employee engagement programs, career growth strategies, and optimize team capacity to match workload for enhanced productivity.
Data Analytics and Reporting: Create real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs and project milestones, provide executive-level data insights, and prepare regular business performance reports.
Trend and Resource Analysis: Conduct trend analysis, predictive reporting, and resource planning to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
