Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:To manage the seasonal planning and execution of Purchase Orders for EM Central Region (GCC, N. Africa and East European Countries/approx. 63 countries) in order to maintain an On Time in Full supply of products to the market. The PS Manager will also be responsible to ensure the right buy is made for the season and driving inventory performance KPIs (COTA, COTIF, DOS, OTA) for the business. Will require alignment of the cut-off dates are managed based on different regions and serves as a steady link between Market and Global.Key Responsibilities:
Drives key buy initiatives and provide Senior Management with order status reports.
Manages and develops the team and determines the needs of each; sets individual goals and targets to expand their understanding/knowledge and ensures succession plans are in place.
Responsible for successful execution and maintenance of seasonal Forecast to ensure factory capacity are secured for production.
Analyzing season phasing and ensuring right guidance is shared with respective Stakeholder prior to Order Book execution that influence inventory positions.
Monitors forecast and purchase process to determine appropriate quantities to meet the demand for each individual category; Accountable to influence the appropriate production and inventory positions for a Business Unit(s).
Monitors the right products are procured at the right time in right quantity in alignment with Global Supply Planning and Market Logistics
Tracking purchasing KPIs - ensuring the forecast coverage against Purchase Orders in close collaboration with Inventory Management. Take corrective action where necessary.
Translate commercial needs related to availability and inventory into Supply Chain requirements/solutions
Leads regular Demand and Supply validation meetings for all business units in conjunction with Global Supply & Procurement team, demand planning, and markets.
Ensure accurate Market Buying Volume maintenance by maintaining right forecast and orders for EM Central.
Drive discussion with Channels and CTC and tackling production minimum challenges phased with factories.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Preferably Degree Level Qualification in logistics (or similar)
Supply chain work experience background 4-6 years in a recent managerial/leadership position with Supply Chain
Competent user in Microsoft Office & SAP/ERP applications
