Role Profile
Section II: ROLE PURPOSE
To support the executing of marketing initiatives for the pre-paid segment of stc' s target market in order to enable stc in meeting and enhancing its pre-paid subscriber targets and help achieve segment market share.
Section III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Core Responsibilities § Support the Director in the implementation of the Prepaid Segment strategy and plans in order to ensure alliance with the company's business line needs and objectives. § Support the development of marketing (Prepaid Segment) policies, procedures and guidelines and participate in overseeing their implementation. § Support the Director in developing the budget related to Prepaid Segment and monitor financial performance versus the budget. § Participates in the development of strategy / tactics for attracting customers at the most efficient and competitive cost, ensuring achievement of prepaid subscriber and revenue objectives for the segment. § Ensure that the segment's plan is aligned with the customer experience strategies. § Execution of the detailed roadmap for prepaid products and services that help to meet subscriber and revenue targets. § Participate on pricing decision for the Prepaid Segment portfolio & recommend propositions and promotions. § Collect customer feedback on value propositions/ promotions and coordinate for market testing in order to consider refinements for the prepaid products and services before launch. § Establish and monitor customer programs to help the Marketing teams optimize existing base revenue, conduct customer behavior analysis and recommend initiatives for service diversification. § Develop programs to move prepaid customers from early lifecycle to loyal customers. § Assist the supervising manager in establishing the business cases for development of new products &services and coordinate with the Finance team to receive feedback on viability of the recommendations. § Coordinate with the sales team to draw the sales and business rules of new products and services. § Prepare Marcomm and PR briefs, as well as initial content for 'Above the Line' and 'Below the Line' communications to address the target market requirements. § Keep abreast of Prepaid Segment market developments and analyze competitor reports / customer surveys to ensure improvement of stc's products and service provisions for the prepaid market. § Prepare training materials and conduct training presentations to the Marketing teams and concerned departmental colleagues for each new product and service to be launched in the Prepaid Segment market. § Obtain approval to the customer policy including the credit policies' eligibility criteria. § Generate regular and special reports for the Prepaid Segment Manager that summarize and forecast business activities and financial position of the Prepaid Segment section and escalate critical issues. § Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices while taking into account international best practice. § Gather data and information such as revenue, usage, churn, in order to help in formulating Analysis reports. § Managing product life cycle as a whole starting from create offer idea, build business case, write concept paper, get all approvals needed to reach to department roadmap, working with technical marketing to develop specifications and features towards UAT, and then launch and rollout to § Perform offers post analysis on marketing activities
