GROUP FUNCTION AND ROLE PURPOSE
This job responsibility includes Portfolio analytics of consumer banking covering Credit and Collections, The key objective include monitoring of the portfolio health and provide inputs on improvement or deterioration in of key segment within portfolio and present to senior management in Collection.
The activities also include coordination with Business portfolio unit, CAD and Finance for reconciliation of numbers.
ROLE DIMENSIONS
Prepare portfolio monitoring report based on the credit performance of customer base into default vs non-default group. Segment customers based on Risk association and track their performance for further improvement
Responsible for the monthly management presentation slides of portfolio and collection. Recommend the pain points of the portfolio and solutions to reduce the losses, focus on better quality sourcing.
Analyze portfolio performance at a granular segment level on an ongoing basis. Identify trends and conduct root- cause analysis to isolate key performance drivers.
Prepare Credit Risk Master files as Origination Master, Performance Master, Customer Master, Bureau Master files to combine and design a data model for daily MIS reports and ad-hoc analysis support.
Analyze and making of dashboard that helps in asset growth while reducing the credit and operating loss risks.
Work on ad-hoc analysis and reporting on portfolio performance and identifying revenue enhancement strategy building for customer retention plan by each portfolio
Utilizing various data systems, extracts raw data from reporting system and conducts in-depth analysis on customer product flow. Analyze portfolio performance at a granular segment level on an ongoing basis. Identify trends and conduct root-cause analysis to isolate key performance drivers.
Segment customers based on Risk association and track their performance for further improvement.
Work on ad-hoc analysis and reporting on portfolio performance and identifying revenue enhancement strategy building for customer retention plan by each portfolio
Coordinate with IT and other departments for timely availability of data for Consumer Banking
