Responsible for Recruitment and departmental planning. Managing Manpower budget plan and HR KPI, Deliverables. Developing HR Strategies to support organizational strategies, in connection with restructuring, training, recruiting, etc. Overall management of pay-roll. Managing the medical licensing process for clinical staff. Acting as a primary contact, resolves issues, and implements initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Position Criteria: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience including leadership experience in the Human Resources Department. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Preferably Arabic Speaking Entity / Location: Seniority level
