Job Description

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share in the credit card and loans distribution sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction.
• Identify potential business development initiatives and activities and drive fulfillment team for sourcing
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify new business opportunity for revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales and operations, to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential partners, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all partnership activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and expand the partnership network.
• Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts related to partnership activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
