The Middle East Franchise Finance Manager will be responsible for the market of UAE and several markets in the Gulf region . We are looking for an associate who can create and execute a strong finance strategy within the Franchiseto drive growth and profitability.She/He should have a good understanding of macro environment and competitive dynamics with proven ability to generate, represent, communicate and discuss industry and consumer insights, as well as its impact to the business.
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Responsible for holistic view System Value Chain, proactively supporting Leadership Team in decision making process delivering System Financials insights, as well as identifying risks & opportunities.
Stakeholder Management:
• Partner with Operating Unit Finance teams to gather and combine different sources of information, analytics and insights
• Manage collaborative and sustainable relationships with key Stakeholders
• Partner with Commercial team and ensure timely resolution of operational issues to smoothly run day to day operations.
• Manage and be the primary point of contact related to all joint trade investment agreements with Middle East bottling partners.
• Monitoring demand routines with Bottler and Supply Points and pro-actively communicate major deficiencies to prevent out of stocks or excessive stocks at bottlers.
• Communicating the results of financial evaluations and recommendations to senior management.
Informed investment decisions and resource allocation:
• Inform critical investment decisions by conducting thorough financial analysis, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business context, as well as deep understanding on the implications between the Company and its bottling partners.
• Provide holistic view on investment needs and opportunities in Middle East region
• Partner with Strategy, Franchise and Operating Unit teams to proactively explore market trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to identify untapped growth opportunities for the business
Business Models development:
• Provide strategic thinking on business models optimization.
Enable an agile way of working:
• Effective partnering with Operating Unit and Platform Services. Role model collaboration and "Leadership in the Network".
• Agility to work in an ever-evolving landscape, demonstrating flexibility to handle unexpected business needs
Knowledge & Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in Strategy/Consultancy/Commercial Finance/Senior Financial Planning roles
• Highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
• Graduate in business studies with major in finance/ data science/ economics/ management or similar proficiency.
• ?ross-functional experience in an international company, working in a diverse cultural environment.
• Experience within a challenging and dynamic environment with internal and external customers.
