Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Drive brand excellence within multibrand environment to uplift sell out / sell through at point of sale by planning and execution across EMC Omnichannel function, Trade Marketing, Account Marketing, Digital marketing, and Visual Merchandising. Responsible in optimizing the accounts SWB in uplifting brand representation and visibility and delivering best-in-class execution in RBM prime locations at a multibrand environment ultimately to win consumer.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies aligned with global brand for the account/s that will be reflected in calendar with SWB allocation and parameters on ROI, keeping balance on BRAND & COMMERCIALITY.
Own and drive the implementation and production of Marketing Campaigns, Promotions, and In-Store Communication tools with full alignment across BRAND to ensure consistency on narrative but having point of difference to amplify accounts strategy.
Evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, ensuring SWB is fully utilized, and campaigns / initiatives positively impact Sales.
Work closely with the KAM/s and implement processes that will increase effectiveness and productivity with the accounts counterpart to ensure initiatives are landed OTIF and show results on KPIs.
To follow-up the availability of campaign material with lead market to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Manage external production suppliers and agencies and ensure full compliance on projects is observed and aligned with NTP as needed.
Responsible for the timely receipt and control of supplier invoices and liaising same with finance.
Share post-campaign evaluation results to ensure learning's are considered in the development of future marketing campaigns and evaluate KPIs.
Work closely with market Field team (Back to Trade) to ensure Marketing content is flawlessly executed across the board.
Identify opportunities for activations that will lead to an increase in sales and create hype around the brand.
Drive the implementation and planning of POS material / in-store of all new stores, renovations/ upgraded of existing stores, to ensure 100% readiness at planned retail intro.
Support the Sell - In period with seasonal changeover on the showroom based on the global to local sell - in structure.
Responsible for managing the warehousing of POS materials in various warehouses (suppliers or our own warehouse)
Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality and apply discretion to all files, materials, and communications.
Accountable for the delivery of Global guidelines across all formats at Market level
Accountable for consistency across the given markets
Accountable for providing direction on the latest Global direction at WHS environment.
Accountable for the VM&ISC training & engagement across market
Accountable for effective cascade engagement tools for given markets & subsequent compliance sign offs.
Ensure the Field team feedback is incorporated into business strategies.
Reporting of all campaigns and tasks.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus.
Functional: > 3-4 years marketing
Industry: consumer driven, ideally apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
Exposure: advertising, sales & marketing
Language Skills:
English: Advanced
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in trade or sales and marketing, Sport or fashion industry
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Detail oriented, organized, and dynamic
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills a plus
