As we expand our online presence, we are looking for a talented Retail Distribution service Manager to join our team and drive our Retail Distribution strategy.

Position Overview: The Manager of Retail Distribution Services is responsible for overseeing the distribution and logistics operations for our retail division. This role involves managing a team, optimizing distribution processes, and ensuring that we meet customer demands timely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail operations and a proven track record in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the retail distribution team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
• Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements and achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for logistics services.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to help shape our distribution strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• [5]+ years of experience in retail distribution or logistics management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
