Job title: Manager of Accounts and TreasuryJob summary: Candidates with a BCom/BBA/BMS/BFM, M.COM, Postgraduate in Finance, Inter CA, CMA/Inter CMA, or MBA in the field are sought for the position of Accounts and Treasury. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience, demonstrating proficiency in handling all relevant responsibilities.About the organization:An esteemed organization has been founded as a Center of Excellence to provide backend IT support to a conglomerate operating in Retail, FMCG, Pharma, and Manufacturing. This conglomerate holds a significant presence in Africa, and its group headquarters are situated in Dubai, boasting a history of 25 years having a capacity of 1500+ personnel.Location: DubaiRoles and responsibility:
- Demonstrate strong financial knowledge and expertise in accounts and treasury functions.
- Oversee efficient cash management, optimizing liquidity and supporting financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and treasury policies.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and documentation to facilitate smooth internal and external audits.
- Manage investments and optimize returns in alignment with the organization's financial goals.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce (BCom), Business Administration (BBA/BMS), Finance (BFM), or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications (M.COM, MBA) are often preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in roles related to accounts and treasury functions.
- Proficiency in using financial software, accounting systems, and treasury management tools.
