: a.) Participate and implement HSEMS activities related to the section.
b.) Coach UAE National developees and ensure knowledge transfer and competency after integration into the operating group.
c.) Planning, organizing, staffing, leading, communicating, coordinating, decision making, directing / controlling to ensure that the short term/long term business requirement of the assets and maintenance, reliability, availability replacement and obsolescence are met and resources are in line.
d.) Plan and supervise mechanical maintenance work in Process, Utility and Gas Turbines plants.
e.) Manage preventive, corrective and routine maintenance schedule and monitor its effectiveness.
f.) Plan, lead, organize and manage major shutdown.
g.) Ensure that the employees are organized, trained and motivated in order to effectively implement the agreed plans and targets. Ensure competency of team members by proper training and knowledge transfer.
h.) Supervise the activities of assigned personnel in the sections. Ensure that the work is carried out in a safe, efficient manner and in accordance with the Company policy and standards.
i.) Develop, implement and manage, in liaison with discipline Engineers and Support teams in HO, maintenance management system as per company policy and guidelines including preventive, corrective and routine maintenance schedule and monitor its effectiveness.
j.) Ensure that all work details are recorded for the work carried out in the company CMMS.Ensure effective use of CMMS in liaison with HO support team.k.) Communicate, liaise and co-ordinate with in own team and other Departments teams to ensure production needs are met.
