:Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that are alligned & assigned by Head of Department for the business across channels including digital, social, Influencer, mass media, in-store, in mall and events.
Create and implement campaigns to increase foot traffic, drive sales, and enhance brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams, including visual merchandising, product development, and sales, to create cohesive campaigns that align with brand objectives and standards.
Manage and oversee all aspects of in-store events across GCC market to ensure they meet objectives and are executed flawlessly.
Develop & manintain annual and monthly marketing calendar and budget for GCC market & reporting to head of department.
Accountability for project budgets and adhering to contractual guidelines, including tracking of event cost estimates, creating purchase orders, and payment tracking.
Creation & issuance of vendor purchase orders & overseeing contracts.
Monitor and reporting of campaign performance, using data to make informed changes to strategy.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including agencies and partners.
Maintain brand consistency and standards across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications * MBA in marketing, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in retail marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns in GCC market.
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment, and adjust to changing priorities.
