We are looking an experienced Manager for our cafe Responsibilities Bring better service and maximize customer satisfaction. Manage and mentor staff, including scheduling training and performance evaluations Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Regularly review product quality and research new vendors Organise and supervise shifts Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain high standards of food quality,Hygiene,and customer satisfaction Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations Experience /Requirements At least 4 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Strong leadership and management skills Ability to create and execute menu plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
