Manager M&a Real Estate

Job Description

Our client, is looking to expand their Corporate Development team in managing the entire M&A process, with a primary focus on the acquisition of real estate assets. This role will also involve acquisition of companies as a secondary focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial models, creating business cases, and overseeing transactions from inception through execution.Responsibilities:- Lead and support the acquisition of real estate assets, with additional involvement in company acquisitions
- Prepare detailed financial models to assess investment opportunities
- Develop business cases to present to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, etc.) throughout the M&A process
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify acquisition opportunitiesRequirements:- 6-8 years of experience in M&A with a focus on real estate asset acquisition; experience in company acquisitions is a plus
- Bachelor\'s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field; CFA/MBA is a plus
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
