Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Manager - Learning Practice Development to establish and expand a strong training and coaching practice in Dubai and the Middle East. The role requires a blend of business development, consultative selling, and thought leadership to position the organization as a preferred partner in learning and leadership development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, developing a unique value proposition, and creating long-term client relationships to deliver high-impact learning and coaching solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion

Consultative Selling & Client Relationship Management

Learning Solutions Design & Value Proposition Development

Leadership & Practice Building

Qualifications & Experience:

Native Arabic Speaker

8-12 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, and learning & development (L&D).

Proven track record in building and scaling a training or coaching practice in the Middle East.

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Deep understanding of leadership development, executive coaching, and corporate training methodologies.

Experience in working with corporate clients, government entities, and multinational organizations.

Strong network in the Middle East HR & learning ecosystem is preferred
