Key Duties and Responsibilities:
To develop, plan and manage the learning and development programs for all team Members to meet both the individual and organizational needs.
To develop, plan and manage the training function and the training resources.
To administer an annual Training Needs Analysis and to plan the required programs accordingly.
To design or facilitate the design of the necessary programs as identified in the annual Training Needs Analysis.
To deliver or facilitate the delivery of the necessary programs.
To facilitate the feedback received from programs and to manage and administer them appropriately.
To collate all Development Plans form Individual Performance Appraisals to ensure that individual Team Member requirements that achieve individual and organizational goals are followed through.
To liaise with all external institutions and organizations for all appropriate external programs that Team members will be nominated for and administer the total process.
To liaise with required external consultants and facilitate the delivery of identified programs to fulfill the needs of the resort.
To develop and manage the programs for all Management Trainees.
To plan, design and facilitate he delivery of the following programs:
Orientations
Customer service
Performance management
Supervisory skills
Managerial skills
Sales
And any other programs as required.
Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. He/She must be highly qualified and must have at least 3-4 years\' experience as L&D Manager in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. He/She must have a strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills, must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
