SynopsisDesign and lead Etihad\'s skills-based learning approach and program to support the skills-based learning and development needs of employees, ensuring that they have access to high-quality, relevant, and engaging learning journeys.Responsible for the direction, management, development, and facilitation of comprehensive training strategies to support corporate goals, as well as the resources in terms of people, budgets, targets, technology tools and products, with regards to learning interventions delivered across the organisation.Accountabilities
Partner with key business stakeholders in directing the process around identification and assessment of future and current training needs through the implementation of Training Needs Analyses, identify, and create a comprehensive online repository centred on skills-based learning aligned to organizational priorities.
Monitor, evaluate, and redesign skills-based learning effectiveness, in line with the training policy, standards and quality framework.
Develop Business Intelligence reports & dashboards related to specific training area including resource utilization & KPI trackers.
Responsible for directing & managing benchmarking initiatives and regulatory compliance (as applicable) with industry standards and audit guidelines.
Responsible for the development and deployment of learning journeys for identified skills.
Provide guidance and facilitate the execution of Etihad\'s microlearning strategy, including monitoring and allocating licenses of 3rd party online learning providers, engaging with learners, and driving engagement among multiple levels of internal stakeholders.
Act as Subject Matter Expert for implantation of skills-based learning programs in SAP talent intelligence module.
Education & Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in learning and development/training/human resources/education technology; professional certification such as CIPD, CPTD, PMP, etc. are preferred.
Experience using engaging tools and technologies in a learning environment including content creation and instructional design.
A minimum of 5 years in a training/learning function with demonstrable experience in learning design and development technology.
Experience within an aviation learning function is desirable.
