Key Performances:
• Support in the development of the overall Talent Management framework and strategy for the company
• Contribute to the implementation of all talent management activities
• Design and manage the creation of the assessment and leadership development methodologies and tools as required.
• Liaise with the internal stakeholders to discuss and implement talent management and leadership development activities
• Provide feedback to the line managers and Business HR (managerial and senior executive levels) on the outputs of talent management, leadership development and assessment activities
• Write assessment/development feedback reports (integrating data from centres, psychometrics and other learning and development tools) targeted at individual, department, and corporate level, as required
• Contribute to the shaping and implementation of broader HR change initiatives (enhancing communication, succession planning discussions etc)
• Assist individuals, line managers and HR to develop and implement comprehensive personal development plans and career maps
• Mobilize and lead assessor teams across a range leadership and talent initiatives, providing clarity and ensuring colleagues deliver to the standards required (centres, integration sessions, feedback discussions)
• Author talent management guidance aimed at helping HR colleagues build up their assessment, feedback and stakeholder management capabilities
• Validate the effectiveness of executive coaching and leadership development interventions, as well as identify opportunities for deriving greater value.
Qualifications, experience, and skills:
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment role preferably within the IT/High Tech industry.
