Manage the operational budget to ensure cost-effectiveness
Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for revenue growth and cost reduction
Oversee invoicing, billing, and collection processes
Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for senior management
Customer
Ensure high-quality service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care
Develop strategies to retain existing customers and attract new clients
Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and excellent service
Conduct periodic client meetings to discuss performance and drive improvement
Monitor projects service delivery performance and ensure the SLA/KPIs are met
Explore further business opportunities with the client; Manage the team structure and develop it as required to ensure the operations run smoothly and within budget; Manage operations team members
Monitor resource utilization to ensure that the right number and talent are available for delivering service as agreed contractually
Conduct site visits for new opportunities and develop competitive pricing
Process
Streamline operational processes to improve workflow and service delivery
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all service areas
Train staff on new procedures and oversee the quality of work performed
Regularly review and update operational protocols to align with best practices
Ensure statutory compliance and compliance with ISO standards
Work towards digitalizing reports -implementation of CAFM, digital reports

SkillsSelection Criteria
Bachelors degree in agriculture with specialization in Horticulture, Food science
Minimum of 7+ years experience in a managerial role within the specialist service industry
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Innovative mindset with a passion for sustainability
