About The Role

Atlantis Dubai is a truly extraordinary, intriguing, and unique entertainment destination resort, and we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Manager, Kids Club to join our amazing team at Atlantis The Palm! We strive to create a destination experience that\'s not only unforgettable throughout each customer\'s stay, but truly memorable for a lifetime.

As Manager, Kids Club you will directly oversee all onsite activity programs and kids recreation areas. You will work with the team to develop engaging play activities that convey a sense of fun, enthusiasm and safety to a large number of in house guests. Continuously enhancing the babysitting and the overall kid journey at the resort together with preparing special activities and events will be a big part of this role. Additionaly you will have the ability to hire, train, lead and motivate teams, maintain organization and structure, market, and increase revenue in all areas.

About You

If you hold a bachelor\'s degree in Leisure Education, Hospitality or another related field with an extensive guest activities, recreation, and entertainment experience as a minimum of 3 years in a similar position within the luxury property then we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity. Having exposure in high volume environmetn will be a big plus.
