Key Accountabilities


• Lead growth strategies, consulting and solutions for transformation projects for IoT , Energy management, sustainability, and Industrial IoT
• Hands on IoT Business casing and Cost benefit Analysis (CBA) experience.
• Create multiple point of views of IoT solutions and use cases across various industries with focus on smart cities and Industry4.0
• Lead SI relations, partnerships for the market with tactical and strategic GTM
• Collaborate with decision makers, IT/OT leaders, SMEs to identify and frame compelling use cases and transformation strategies.
• Help in leading business development along with sales team with solution demos.
• You will support our external clients in building visions, strategies, and implementation plans to help bring digitalization to life.
• Support the development of new digital strategies, capabilities, and competitive differentiators for our clients.
• Drive ideation and consulting workshops

4. Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Experience:


• Previous technology and management consulting experience (8-10years)

Skills


• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills - the ability to present and communicate to senior, high profile leaders.
• Experience in conducting workshops, training, and consulting engagements.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving skills combined with an entrepreneurial "can-do" mindset.
• Interest o in digital transformation, digital business ecosystems, or latest information technologies like ML, AI, Cloud, IoT
• Strong interest and ideally first exposure across different industry verticals, particularly Smart Cities/ Campuses/ Districts, Industry 4.0, or Utilities (Power, Water, Renewables)
