About the JobResponsible for developing and executing the investor relations strategy and program for a leading oil and gas company.Communicate with investors, analysts, media, and other stakeholders to convey the company's vision, strategy, performance, and outlook.Support the senior management team in preparing financial reports, presentations, press releases, and other investor materials.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the activities of the Investor Relations Division and the VP Investor Relations to ensure the achievement relevant internal targets and KPIs;Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key local investors, UAE accounts (institutions, family offices, high net worth individuals) to ensure a clear understanding of the companys messages (equity story, financials) and coordinate events with the respective shareholder group;Develop and advise on strategies to improve stock liquidity;Monitor and analyze internation and local market trends, best practices, shareholder feedback and provide recommendations to improve the companys IR plan;Collaborate with other internal functions (finance, legal, communication, etc), where necessary to support the companys messaging and disclosure;Participate in the preparation of quarterly earnings releases, presentations, annual report, etc. in line with regulatory requirements and best practices;Support VP Investor Relations and the Investor Relations Division to deliver internal reports and presentations about capital market relevant topics for senior management of the company;Building relationships with all relevant internal divisions & external entities related to companys investor relations objective, with the highest standards of business ethics, in-order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner and in line with the operational plans.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, communications, or related field. Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance particularly in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, investment banking, or related field, preferably in the oil and gas industry.Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry, financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial and business information in a clear and concise manner.Highly analytical, strategic, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office, financial databases, and investor relations software and tools.
