MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo lead, develop and implement internal communication strategies to support flydubai\xe2\x80\x99s business goals, culture and reputation through effective dissemination of information across the company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 Develops communications programmes and support initiatives to ensure employees understand their role in advancing flydubai\'s strategy, objectives and values, fostering a cohesive culture of respect throughout the organisation, and building robust relationships to enhance loyalty, motivation and retention.\xc2\xb7 Delivers culturally appropriate and timely communication to a broad range of stakeholders including employees and third parties ensuring that the communication is creative, effective and delivers the message in the most effective way.\xc2\xb7 Collaborates with the Public Relations and internal teams to ensure the content and timing of communications delivered are well aligned with flydubai values and objectives and coordinated with flydubai policies and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Manages flydubai\xe2\x80\x99s corporate internal communications channels through the company\xe2\x80\x99s intranet, newsletter, etc., and explores the complete functionality of these channels to increase information sharing among different teams and departments to foster collaboration and engagement.\xc2\xb7 Collaborates closely with all internal stakeholders to develop internal stories.\xc2\xb7 Collaborates closely with flydubai internal teams to support with delivering a range of companywide events to engage with all employees across the network.\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute plans and assists in preparing and managing internal communications for flydubai\xe2\x80\x99s crisis communications plan for effective communications during crisis ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination and updates, and that all relevant internal contacts are made available.\xc2\xb7 Provides guidance and mentorship on internal communications to internal teams to support them in keeping their activities on track and fostering growth, teamwork and unity.\xc2\xb7 Develops measurement tools and implement metrics to gauge impact and effectiveness of the internal communications strategy, process and to address communications gaps.\xc2\xb7 Performs research to develop and implement, best practices in internal communications and new internal communications platforms to continually enhance the effectiveness of communications.\xc2\xb7 Develops and implements creative feedback channels via the Intranet, newsletters, videos, town hall meetings, surveys and other tools in collaboration with the stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Develops guidelines and continuously improves strategies to maintain uniform and consistent messaging across all internal and external communications about flydubai actions and its impact (for example, Environmental, Social and Governance).QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDMinimum Education Level

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (or equivalent)

• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
