We have an exciting opportunity as a Manager, Communications in our Employee Marketing team for someone who lives and breathes colleague engagement. Working closely with the Director of Employee Marketing, you will use your writing skills and natural creative flair to effectively develop key messages and internal communication campaigns for Atlantis Dubai, while establishing Atlantis Dubai as one of the most desirable places in the world to work.We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in using an intranet (ideally Unily) to connect with a diverse, multi-generational workforce. You will drive colleague engagement and company brand initiatives through a variety of communication channels from digital, print and via social media - ensuring that we deliver an extraordinary colleague experience. You will connect with the hearts and minds of colleagues and play a key role in delivering an extraordinary colleague experience through creative and innovative colleague engagement campaigns and initiatives that ultimately aim to inspire and motivate our colleagues.About YouYou will have 5 years\' relevant experience in internal communications and employee engagement, plus 3 years\' experience managing a company intranet (ideally Unily) and have experience bringing a brand to life for existing and potential employees through various internal and external channels. You will also have a proven track record of developing and executing internal communication strategies and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment and must have strong attention to detail and project management skills and experience developing creative, effective approaches to difficult communications challenges.Join a team that is adventurous, creative, warm-hearted and extroverted.
